How to make a membership card in five minutes
1. Decide what the card must show. Most clubs need four things: the club name and logo, the member’s name, a member number and a valid-thru date. Add the membership tier (adult, junior, family) if prices differ.
2. Fill in the maker. Paste your member list, one name per line. The maker numbers the cards for you and shows a preview at the real size of a credit card (3.375 × 2.125 in).
3. Print or save. Print on card stock and cut along the lines, or save each card as an image to send by email. Laminate the cards if they must last the season.
4. Check them at the door. A printed card only shows a date. If you need to know who is paid up, a digital card with a QR code lets you scan members with any phone and see valid, expired or unpaid at once.
