Membership fees stay with the club
MPass never touches your members’ money: they pay the club as usual (bank transfer, cash) and you activate their card.
Why studios put the membership in the phone
Small studios often run on a paper list, a spreadsheet and plastic cards that members forget at home. At reception, nobody can tell quickly whether a membership is still paid.
With MPass, each member carries their membership in the Wallet of their phone: name, plan and end date, with a QR code. When a member renews, the card updates by itself. Workshops, retreats and taster classes get tickets with a limited number of places.

Frequently asked questions
Does MPass count class passes automatically?
Not yet. The card shows the plan (for example a 10-class pass) and its end date. Counting each class remains in your own system for now.
Can members pay through MPass?
No. Members pay the studio directly. You then activate or renew their card in MPass.
How much does it cost for a small studio?
MPass is free for up to 50 active cards, with no time limit. Essential costs €19 excl. VAT per month for up to 300 cards.
Does it work for yoga, Pilates and CrossFit?
Yes. The card design is shared by gyms, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit and boxing studios; you change the logo, the colours and the plan names.
