Passcreator is a flexible German platform for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, used by businesses for loyalty programs, coupons, event tickets, gift cards and membership passes. MPass is made only for clubs: ready-made membership cards, renewals, door scanning and tickets with no per-ticket fee.

Membership fees stay with the club
MPass never touches your members’ money: they pay the club as usual (bank transfer, cash) and you activate their card.
Flexible builder vs. ready-made club card
Passcreator offers a visual designer, landing pages, bulk list upload, an API and the Smart Scan app. It has a page for non-profit clubs: the first 500 passes are free on application, after it checks your non-profit status. Otherwise the free access covers 5 downloaded passes, and paid pricing depends on the number of active passes (excl. 19% German VAT).
What the club sets up. As a general tool, Passcreator expects you to design your template, define the fields and set up distribution. On its public pages we did not find membership expiry management or automatic renewal reminders.
MPass is ready out of the box: choose your activity among 90 designs, upload your logo and colors, and every card shows the plan and expiry date. It updates in the wallet when the member renews, a reminder goes out a month before on Essential, membership certificates take one click, and you issue event tickets with no per-ticket fee. Free up to 50 cards with no application, then €19 per month excl. VAT for 300 cards.

Is Passcreator free for clubs?
According to its website (October 2026), non-profit clubs can get their first 500 passes free on application, after verification. Otherwise 5 downloaded passes are free. MPass is free up to 50 active cards, with no application.
Do I have to design the card myself with MPass?
No. Pick one of 90 ready-made designs by sport or activity and change the logo, colors and plan names. Your first card goes out in about 10 minutes.
Does MPass have an API?
No. MPass is built for clubs without technical staff: members join through a link, one by one, or by Excel import (Pro).
Do we need to install an app?
No. You manage everything from your browser, and your members install nothing: the card goes straight into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on their phone.
